At SHAPE ReClaimed, our mission is to Transform Healthcare: One Person at a Time.
We are passionate about being a force for positive change, and we partner with like-minded practitioners from all disciplines to help people ReClaim wellness. Food is medicine; as such, SHAPE ReClaimed’s mission shines a spotlight on negative eating habits that contribute to common health challenges.
Our logo is a perfect representation of this mission. Why? Because trees symbolize strength and character; being grounded and deeply rooted; and being strong enough to withstand storms, yet able to bend and sway with the changing seasons. The founders of SHAPE ReClaimed, Dr. Todd and Linda Frisch, love trees and have made them a symbol in many areas of their lives.
SHAPE ReClaimed’s Tree of Life logo symbolizes the connection of all living things on earth. It’s a familiar design in science, religion and philosophy. The biblical book of Genesis tells us that the tree of life originated in the Garden of Eden at the dawn of time. For all of us at SHAPE ReClaimed, the tree is a symbol of our pursuit of health and helping people grow and change for the better.
The leaves on our tree represent the lives that have been and will be changed through our SHAPE Program. The large branches intertwined in the trunk of our tree represent our four-part approach to healing:
- Decreasing inflammation
- Detoxing and cleansing
- Enhancing immune function
- Releasing toxic weight
We believe our SHAPE Program and SHAPE Drops are gifts from God that were given to Dr. Todd to share with humanity. They are a blessing for all his years of dedication to and faithfulness in helping God’s family heal. Dr. Todd and Linda’s life’s work, and now SHAPE ReClaimed’s mission, is to Transform Healthcare: One Person at a Time.
As told by SHAPE ReClaimed Co-Founder, Linda Frisch:
Welcome, we are Dr. Todd and Linda Frisch. We are often asked about our story and how SHAPE ReClaimed came into existence.
SHAPE ReClaimed was developed by Dr. Todd in 2010. What began as an effort to help me with my personal health struggles, has resulted in a proven program that has helped thousands ReClaim their health.
After a lifetime of hormone challenges, leading to four female surgeries and ending in early onset menopause at age 44, I was unable to shed the weight I’d gained. Regardless of what I tried–calorie counting, exercise and zero sugar–my weight wouldn’t budge. Committing myself to three months of all-in effort, I only dropped one pound. ONE! All my hard work, diligence and commitment left me more frustrated than ever. Dr. Todd says if I were a dog, he would have put me down to alleviate my misery. I pled with Dr. Todd, “You help everybody, but you aren’t helping me.” Little did I know, many of his patients were struggling just the same and begging him to help them as well.
After decades of studying nutrition and wellness, Dr. Todd developed the SHAPE Program and the SHAPE Drops using the research of many popular programs, blending philosophies and observing results as they attempted to release toxic weight. Dr. Todd discovered that most diets fail because the brain gets a message that it’s starving. Many of the diets they were doing were reasonable, but he admits, the majority were built on incorrect dietary principles and were doomed to fail. He witnessed patient after patient losing weight through extreme measures but living their lives feeling deprived. Not only did they give up, they gained back everything they lost and then some.
One of Dr. Todd’s first mentors taught him to use urine as a diagnostic tool. This was during a time when liquid diets were very popular. While monitoring his patient’s urine consistently for a variety of diagnostic reasons, he observed many clinical cues pointing to why their dietary programs failed. With the knowledge gained from thousands of diagnostic urine tests and decades of using clinical homeopathy and nutrition, for the first time in his career, Dr. Todd set out to formulate a product that was superior to any other on the market.
As Dr. Todd continued to test and improve the program, we witnessed amazing results. Not only were his patients releasing excess weight, their health was improving in many other areas. Patients saw decreased inflammation, dramatically improved digestive function, normalized blood pressure, lowered cholesterol and triglyceride numbers, improved blood sugar, less joint pain and even cognitive improvements.
Today, the SHAPE Program, with the hormone-free SHAPE Drops and proven SHAPE Nutrition Protocol, delivers benefits far beyond weight loss. We believe God created each of us as unique human beings. Therefore, each person’s experience will be as different as their fingerprints. Unlike most programs that have a one-size-fits-all approach, SHAPE ReClaimed trains our practitioners to customize the program to meet specific health needs. The SHAPE Program will be adjusted based on total health history, metabolic markers in the urine and how your patients/clients are responding to the program.
Our priority is to address the underlying cause of why so many struggle to shed their excess weight. We know, after decades of witnessing failure after failure, that dieting is never the answer and that is why we do not refer to our program as a “diet” or “weight loss” program. We developed SHAPE ReClaimed to be a lifestyle modification and health restoration program. We are convinced, when we help people change their relationship with food and embrace a healthy lifestyle, restoring vibrant health is possible!
As with any successful health transformation program, it must be understood that people who incorporate sound lifestyle choices (physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally) have the greatest hope of long-term success.
Let the SHAPE ReClaimed story be the beginning of yours. Just because your story started one way doesn’t mean it has to end that way. Every decision you make, every action you take has consequences. Even the tiniest pebble has a ripple effect in the water.
Join us in our mission to Transform Healthcare: One Person at a Time. Let us all be a force for positive change. May we all work together and become the ripple effect for a healthier future.

Dr. Todd Frisch
Dr. Todd Frisch is the founder of SHAPE ReClaimed and serves as Clinical Advisor. He is also the co-author of WTF? Why the Face: A Practical Guide to Understanding Health & Personality Through Facial Diagnosis. As a chiropractor for 37 years, he specialized in restorative medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture, iridology, traditional Chinese medicine and facial diagnosis. His passion has always been to find the missing piece of the puzzle to help sick people get well.
Dr. Todd graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1980 and went on to obtain years of advanced education and training. He served as the president of the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture (ABCA) and the Council of Chiropractic Acupuncture (CCA). He was an educator and lecturer for the Missouri State Chiropractors Association (MSCA), Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders of the American Chiropractic Association, Inc. (CDID-ACA) and Heel, Inc.
After retiring from his private practice in 2017, Dr. Todd continues his effort to transform healthcare one patient at a time by teaching like-minded practitioners how to gather the diagnostic puzzle pieces that make up the unique health picture of their patients. When he’s not changing the world, he enjoys sitting by the lake, refinishing furniture, antiquing, doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, reading, studying, watching the Packers and Perry Mason, and being with family.
I was only 16 when I was forced to pay attention to what my body was telling me. Unlike my friends, my stomach revolted when I ate fast food and drank soda. That was the beginning of my journey to understanding the relationship between food and vibrant health. By age 25, my second son was born and within two months, I could not deny certain foods I ate had a negative impact on my little one through nursing. The problem escalated when my son was introduced to solid food and began suffering from skin, stomach and behavioral health challenges. As fate would have it, food became the central focus of my life’s work. What we eat matters!
I met Dr. Todd in 1984, and within months we realized we shared a passion to help others heal. For the next 33 years, I managed Dr. Todd’s private practice. What he studied, I studied. From basic nutrition to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), acupuncture, and all things relating to functional medicine, I was by his side. Whatever he committed to professionally, I’ve been his right hand. We truly believe food is medicine. Together, Dr. Todd and I believe God has ordered our steps and has set a mission before us: transform healthcare one person time.
When I’m not working, I’m in my happy place when I can hike, bike and kayak. I love a rainy day at home, cooking and setting a beautiful dinner table for my family, friends and strangers. I love to read, piece together jigsaw puzzles with a fire crackling in the fireplace and watching movies with my sweetie. I love snow and lightning storms, fireworks and bubble baths. My all-time favorite activity is spending hours piddling in my gardens with a zillion flowers.
Dr. Beth Bartlett
I have been a SHAPE ReClaimed practitioner for five years. Early on, I was encouraged to embrace the SHAPE program and make it my own. As I applied the principles of the program, my practice in Northbrook, IL started to grow exponentially.
I graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in 2001, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. As a lifelong learner, I have decided to complete my functional medicine certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine.
As my studies have taught me, each patient has a story to tell, but so does their body. Listening to both is essential to arriving at a true understanding of the patients’ current condition and identifying all possible ways to attain total health transformation. I wholeheartedly believe in empowering patients for success, and I am thrilled to be a technical consultant for the SHAPE ReClaimed team.
I am the proud mother of four very active kids, ranging in age from 9 to 15. I’ve been happily married for the last 22 years and call Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada home. I have a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree from the University of Manitoba. I started my own bookkeeping business in 2005 in order to be able to stay home and raise my kids. Since then, I have grown my business substantially and am happy to say that I have a very diverse and international client base.
My family had a very exciting opportunity to live in St. Louis, Missouri from 2013-2017, and that is when and where I made the connection to SHAPE ReClaimed. I am very excited to be a part of this team, and I plan to bring process improvements and efficiencies, organization and accurate financial reporting to the business. I hope to also bring a fresh business perspective and ideas on how to grow and take SHAPE ReClaimed to the next level.
Abbie Frisch Belliston
As the youngest daughter of SHAPE ReClaimed’s founder, I have loved learning from my dad. My passion for nutrition really grew when he diagnosed me with insulin resistance and adrenal fatigue and then taught me how I could heal myself (which I did less than six months later!)
I began my career in the health and nutrition field in 2004 as a sales representative and educator for several companies, including three different health food stores. While I have a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho, my best education was helping customers find solutions to their health problems. After finding great success with the SHAPE Program as a patient, I became a SHAPE practitioner. Today, I am working towards a PhD and serve at SHAPE Central, where I get to combine my passion for nutrition with my love of writing, marketing, design, business and leadership.
Every day, I get to go home to my musician husband and wildly brilliant son who fill me with joy and love.
(Abbie is also the coauthor of WTF? Why the Face: A Practical Guide to Understanding Health & Personality Through Facial Diagnosis.)
I am from DeSoto, MO, where I met Scott, the love of my life, when I was 12 years old. We married in June 2018. He has been 100% supportive of my love for and involvement with SHAPE ReClaimed, and he appreciates our mission to transform healthcare one patient at a time.
Getting involved with SHAPE was a God thing! I graduated from Missouri State University in May 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Promotions. A mutual acquaintance told Linda Frisch I was looking for employment in the St. Louis area, and the rest is history.
I have served the SHAPE community since July 2014. From handling daily tasks and assisting SHAPE practitioners to communicating with SHAPE Warriors and coordinating special events, my job is exceedingly rewarding. I am so thankful to be a part of this team and working toward something so much bigger than myself.
After becoming very ill in 1998, I was awakened to the idea of restoring my health through nutrition and functional medicine. My daughter was two years old at the time, and I was informed that I would die if something didn’t change quickly. I was in and out of the hospital on a weekly basis. I was sick, tired, 97 pounds overweight, and honestly, I felt hopeless.
I became passionate about researching food, nutrition and wellness. With the help of functional medicine, I changed my diet and started to see positive results. It took several years to release 97 pounds and restore my health, but I finally was feeling and looking well again. Naturally, everyone wanted to know how I did it. This began my journey as a personal chef and coach with Vitality Consultants, LLC.
This is my opportunity to pay it forward and work hand in hand with functional medical professionals nationwide to support their treatment plans, support people who are facing inflammatory conditions, support our nation’s health naturally, and increase vitality.
As the president of The Brain Mill, I have been providing Dr. Frisch with his technology needs for the last 20 years. While Dr. Frisch has always believed that technology was just a fad and not something to be concerned with, I have been able to show the value that technology can bring to their operations. This has included managing the setup of multiple websites and systems throughout the SHAPE ReClaimed family. I have found that while many in my field like to talk about the technology, my focus is on the results of using technology wisely by making it functional work as planned.
I was born and raised in St Louis and I enjoy spending my free time with family, friends and in the outdoors.
As a technical support specialist at The Brain Mill, I strive to provide smooth, personal tech support for the SHAPE ReClaimed family. When it comes to health transformation, the last thing anyone wants to worry about is the technical aspects of navigating a website or getting the computer to cooperate. That’s where I come in. I work directly with the entire SHAPE ReClaimed staff to facilitate smooth operation of their computers, network and technology. If you find yourself having some technical difficulties, I’m happy to help.
I have been working with Dr. Todd and Linda since I came on board with The Brain Mill in 2011. It has been an honor and a privilege to help them grow SHAPE ReClaimed to what it is today and to see it help so many people.
